The Department of Overseas Affairs of WFAS is a functional department which is responsible for overseas contact. Besides, it is responsible for the work on planning and organizing overseas visits, reception and international contact, coordinating both the international exchange and cooperation affairs of WFAS, being actively as a leader in the work on what is considered important international cooperation projects, pursuing of the trend of development of the international institutions concerned and enforcing the connections between overseas member societies and WFAS headquarters, so as to provide an updated information about development of acupuncture and organizations for WFAS.
